The Supreme Court has allowed the program to continue. The Court stated that if someone came here as a young person, they could still renew their work permits. The Supreme Court also stated it also means for those that have not yet applied!<\/div>\n<h2><b class=\"\">DREAMERS CAN FINALLY VISIT FAMILY AND LOVED ONES<\/b><\/h2>\n<div class=\"\">Those granted DACA can apply for advance travel parole, to leave and re-enter the country. For those dreamers, they have the opportunity to have a legal entry and eventually become legal permanent residents through the petition of family members with legal status.<\/div>\n<h3><b class=\"\">HUGE WIN FOR DREAMERS<\/b><\/h3>\n<div class=\"\">The Supreme Court&#8217;s decision is a huge win because the Dream Act is the most significant reform the country has seen since the Reagan Administration&#8217;s amnesty. Now all the young people that came to the United States can continue to have a legitimate means of going to school, earning a living, and building a future. When someone has applied for DACA, unless charged with a crime, it prevents deportation and Immigration Court proceedings. When someone applies for the dream act, they are given a work permit and can apply for a social security card.<\/div>\n<h4><b class=\"\">CHIEF JUSTICE ROBERTS AND THE SUPREME COURT<\/b><\/h4>\n<div class=\"\">Chief Justice Roberts comes through again for this country! The Court found that Trump ended the program unlawfully. To all the dreamers and immigrants, the United States is still number one!
